Welcome to DOSE'D. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DOSE'D mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use DOSE'D:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legal Compliance: You must be legally permitted to purchase and consume hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Providing false information about your age is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Description of Service

DOSE'D is a discovery and review platform for legal, hemp-derived products. Our Service includes:

• Product Discovery: Browse and search hemp-derived products from verified brands
• Reviews & Ratings: Read and write authentic product reviews
• Check-ins: Log and track your product experiences
• Educational Content: Access information about cannabinoids and hemp products
• Order Requests: Submit purchase requests to verified brand partners

4.1 Lead Generation Model

DOSE'D operates as a lead generation platform. When you submit an order request:

• We transmit your order information to the selected brand partner
• The brand partner contacts you directly to process payment
• The brand partner is responsible for fulfillment, shipping, and customer service
• DOSE'D does not process payments or handle products directly

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post reviews for products you have not actually used
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Circumvent any security measures
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, check-ins, photos, etc.), but you grant DOSE'D a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content you post and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.

7. Brand Partners

DOSE'D partners with hemp product brands who have been verified through our onboarding process. However:

• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any products
• We are not responsible for disputes between you and brand partners
• Product availability, pricing, and shipping are determined by brand partners
• Brand partners are independent businesses, not employees or agents of DOSE'D

8. Intellectual Property

The DOSE'D name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and content are the property of DOSE'D or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any content is accurate, complete, or reliable
• Any products discovered through the Service will meet your expectations
• Products are legal in your specific jurisdiction

9.1 Health Disclaimer

DOSE'D does not provide medical advice. Information on our platform is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical guidance. Consult a healthcare professional before using any hemp-derived products, especially if you have health conditions or take medications.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOSE'D SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DOSE'D IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOSE'D, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
